Born in the South Bronx, mixing and spinning records since he was 13, popular for creating
beats for Hip Hop Artist Biz Markie and others, he compiled a treasure of the rarest break
beats in the Dusty Fingers collection series, Danny Dan “The Beatman” now gives collectors
and music fans a big treat with his first CD Release, DUSTY FINGERS – THE MIX CD.

The Beatman returned to his dusty archival collection only to discover over 50 more rare tracks
including more rare international break beats from the European states.

Dusty Fingers Volume series contain most and obscure tracks treasured by music
connoisseurs and DJs. The common, but hard to define thread in all of these songs is that
they are "funky". The Dusty Fingers series is even more obscure than the popular series
Strictly Breaks from the 80’s. Many of the songs in the Dusty Fingers series have been
sampled into new musical compositions, mainly by hip hop producers. Popular songs
sampling "Dusty Fingers" compositions include "Guilty Conscience" by Eminem, "Find Your
Wealth" by Nas and "Rowdy, Rowdy" by 50 Cent.

We are certain many music producers will be using this new compilation series for their next
music project.

CD contains over 50 rare break beats that are almost impossible to find. CD has tracks
divided for easy and random access to each song. Not recorded on a single track.
